If for any reason you wish to return your unworn footwear, please firstly get in contact with us on customerservices@goral-shoes.co.uk to arrange your return or exchange.

Please note that all items must be returned to Goral within 14 days of receiving your order in original packaging and unworn. The goods must be in the same immaculate condition as they were received in- we are unable to accept scuffed/damaged goods. Please try these shoes on a soft surface, in order not to damage the soles.


We can offer an exchange of the item with a new pair in the same style, size, colour of original purchase, if we do not have stock we will offer you another pair at the same price or provide you with a full refund.


All correctly returned item will be credited to the original payment method, less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery.

To request an exchange/return please email us on customerservices@goral-shoes.co.uk with your online order number and one of the team members will help you to process this request.
