Return/Exchange Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your footwear, please make a return request via our returns portal.
Please note that all items must be returned to GORAL within 14 days of receiving your order in original packaging and unworn. The goods must be in the same condition as they were received. We are unable to accept returns for scuffed and damaged shoes. Any custom made or personalised orders are non-refundable.
Please first try your GORAL footwear on a soft surface, in order not to damage the soles.
Exchange:
We can offer an exchange for the return footwear with a new pair in the same style, size, colour of original purchase. If we do not have stock, we will offer you another pair at the same price or provide you with a full refund.
Refunds:
All correctly returned footwear will be credited to the original payment method, less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery.
To request an exchange/return please email us on customerservices@goral-shoes.co.uk with your online order number and one of the team members will help you to process this request.
Returns:
UK - Free Return Service with DHL
EU - Return is customer responsibility
ROW - Return is customer responsibility (may be subject to a VAT return)
