Currently, we do not make footwear in any other UK sizes than 6-13. We are currently working on bringing a wider selection of sizes, so check back soon!


How do I place an order for bespoke pair of GORALS’ shoes or trainers?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, we try our best to process this instantly to achieve the quickest delivery. The order has been completed and dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.  Therefore, we suggest that you contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will look at the status of your order and depending at what stage the order is, in we might be able to cancel/modify it. If it’s too late to cancel/modify the order, please refer back to our return/exchange policy.


Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly afterwards receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us with your order number on customerservices@goral-shoes.co.uk


I have not received my order, where is it?
Once your order has left our workshop, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
