DELIVERY DUTY PAID - UK, USA & EU

At GORAL, we believe in keeping things simple, that’s why all orders shipped to the UK, USA, and the following European countries are sent on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

The price you see at checkout is the final price, we take care of all import duties, taxes, and customs costs. This means that you will receive a faster, smoother delivery without delays or unexpected bills.

This policy came into effect on 1st September 2025 for all USA orders. Orders placed before this date are shipped DAP (Duties Paid at Place).

REST OF THE WORLD (DAP)

For international customers outside these regions, we ship using Delivered at Place (DAP). This means local duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery, but we’ll make the process as smooth as possible with transparent documentation and tracking updates. We ship to the following countries:

Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, UAE
