1. The Promoter
The promoter is GORAL & Son ltd, trading as GORAL, of 35 Spital Hill, Sheffield, S4 7LD, England. Company number 07569912.
2. Who can enter
2.1 The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of the GORAL & Son ltd, members of their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the draw or its administration may not enter.
2.3 The draw is not open to anyone where entry would be prohibited or restricted by local law.
3. How to enter
3.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, subscribe to the GORAL email list using the signup form at goral-shoes.co.uk
3.2 One entry per person per draw. Entering multiple times using different email addresses will disqualify all entries from that person.
3.3 Subscribers remain entered into each subsequent monthly draw for as long as they remain subscribed.
3.4 Entries made by automated means, by third parties, or in bulk will not be accepted.
3.5 Entrants need internet access and a valid email address. GORAL & Son ltd is not responsible for entries that are not received, are incomplete, or are delayed for technical reasons.
4. Entry period
4.1 Each monthly draw closes at 23:59 UK time on the last day of the calendar month.
4.2 Entries received after that time will be entered into the following month's draw.
5. The prize
5.1 One prize is available per monthly draw: £500 to spend at goral-shoes.co.uk.
5.2 The code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
5.3 The prize does cover shipping costs and import duties.
5.4 The code must be used in a single transaction. Where an order is worth more than £500, the winner pays the difference. Where an order is worth less than £500, the remaining balance remains on the code.
5.5 The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code, including the welcome discount described in section 9.
5.6 The prize is subject to product availability. GORAL shoes are made by hand and some products are made in limited numbers or to order.
5.7 There is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
6. Choosing and contacting the winner
6.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the draw closing, using a random number generator applied to the full list of valid entries.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within 5 working days of the draw.
6.3 The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted. If they do not, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner at random.
7. Your data
7.1 Personal data collected on entry will be used to administer the draw and, because entry is by email signup, to send marketing emails. This is handled in line with the GORAL privacy policy.
7.2 Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing removes you from future monthly draws.
8. General
8.1 GORAL & Son ltd may amend these terms or withdraw the draw where this is necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control, and will do so in a way that does not unfairly affect entrants who have already entered.
8.2 GORAL & Son ltd's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 Entering the draw means accepting these terms.
8.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
9. Welcome discount
9.1 New subscribers receive a code for 5% off their first order at goral-shoes.co.uk.
9.2 The code is valid for one use, on one order, by the person who signed up.
9.3 It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
9.4 It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, or sale price.
9.5 The discount applies to the product total and does not apply to shipping.
9.6 GORAL & Son ltd reserves the right to cancel a code where it has been obtained or used in a way these terms do not allow.
