What materials are used to make your shoes?

At GORAL, we use carefully selected leathers, suedes, and canvases from suppliers located in the UK, EU, and US to create our shoes. We prioritise materials that are not only visually appealing, but also possess excellent quality, durability, and sustainability. Our shoes feature a leather lasting board and heel counter, cotton threads, laces, and reinforcement, a wool felt midsole, rubber insoles, thermoplastic toe puffs, and a combination of natural latex and rubber soles, ensuring that our products are both comfortable and long-lasting.

How do I care for and clean my shoes?

For best care practices please refer to our care guide here: https://www.goral-shoes.co.uk/pages/aftercare

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our made-to-order shoes typically take 25–30 working days to dispatch. We do our best to meet this timeframe, but on rare occasions, delays can occur.

Some products are available in stock and can be shipped within 2–3 working days. Pre-orders may take longer, with estimated delivery times shown on each product page.

How do I know what size to order?

To determine the best size for your order, we recommend checking the size chart and fit gauge on the product page before placing an order. While we strive to make the sizing as clear and accurate as possible, it is important to note that sizing may not always be exact. If you do need any future help then email customerservices@goral-shoes.co.uk.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?

All of our products are covered by our lifetime repair guarantee, you can see information about it here:https://www.goral-shoes.co.uk/pages/lifetime

What is the difference between regular & wide fit?

The regular D fit is our standard width, designed to comfortably accommodate customers with average foot width.

The wide EE fit provides extra room across the forefoot and toe box, ideal for those who need more space without sacrificing support or style.
