LAST GUIDE
A last is a three dimensional model of a foot, the foundation every shoe is built around. We use different lasts across our designs, each one numbered/named and specific to its silhouette. Once the upper is closed, our shoemakers stretch it over the last. It's one of the most skilled parts of the process, requiring heat, moisture, a careful eye and occasionally a firm hand.
