Monthly Roundup - September

Hey, Dom again, back with a monthly roundup

September has been busy, October looks to be busier so I’m gonna try and keep it short and sweet but there’s a lot to talk about!

Firstly a catchup and what was in the last one

In regards to the delays and disruptions happening with our supply chain, they’re still happening no real change. The one silver lining is that we’re not the only business being hit with complications so most in the industry are being a bit more flexible when it comes to deadlines

Black chromexcel is still off the menu but we’re stocked up with most of the other leathers we use so all should be good on the GORAL front.

The first run of our REPURPOSED collection seemed to go down well with the Maracca Boulsover selling out and the Cotto colourway running low. We also found a couple of skins of Opera’s Sherwood and Mosto suedes so we added them to the site, 2-3 pairs from each so if you’re interested get them while you still can.

We’re now six episodes deep into Will it Shoe? with some more to follow, including some fun collab episodes, go check them out if you haven’t already.

Our Cheaney collab will be hitting a selection of their retail locations soon  with 2 new exclusive takes on both The Mellor II and The Boulsover on offer. Once they go live we’ll put an update as to where you can find them.

The service boot is still coming but as we mentioned before, delays have been a big issue lately and we’ve had a bit of a wait on the soles which has pushed back the launch. They’ll be worth the wait though.

As for what we’ve got coming soon

We have a new style joining the ranks, we don’t know when as we still want to get the service boot launched first but it will be an ultra-flexible unlined tennis shoe made from janus calf suede on a low profile natural latex sole.

Our Billy Tannery collab will also go live, some really nice goat leather colourways of The Mellor II will be available on their site so go give them a follow if you’re keen to get your hands on a pair.

We’ve also started planning out our release schedule for next year with us looking to round out our offering with some new styles, a couple more trainers but also some formal shoes, maybe even a sandal, who knows!

That’s all for October.

Speak soon,

Dom.
