MELLOR II - Free Rebuild+ Terms & Conditions

The free Rebuild+ offer applies to any full price MELLOR order placed online between 15th August 2026 and 23:59 BST on 31st August 2026. One free Rebuild+ per qualifying pair.

Each Rebuild+ includes a full resole, a recondition, and new insoles and laces, returning your MELLOR's to their best. The offer covers the cost of this rebuild service only. Shipping is not included, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending their shoes to us for the rebuild.

The Rebuild+ is a one-time redemption and can be claimed once per qualifying pair. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to another product or person.

There is no time limit on when the rebuild must be claimed, it can be redeemed whenever your MELLORs need it. To redeem, contact us at customerservices@goral-shoes.co.uk and we'll guide you through sending your shoes in.

Once we receive your shoes, please allow a lead time of up to 30 working days for the Rebuild+ to be completed.

Shoes submitted for a Rebuild+ must be in a condition suitable for rebuilding, as assessed by our workshop. Any work falling outside the scope of a standard rebuild (resole, recondition, new insoles and laces) will be quoted to you separately before we proceed.
