Mystery Box

A genuine pair of GORAL shoes. The style, material and colourway are not disclosed and are unknown until the box arrives.

How your pair is chosen

We have been making shoes by hand for 90 years. The same small team that cuts the materials, stitches the shoes and finishes every pair is the team that picks yours. When a Mystery Box order comes in, they walk into the workshop and choose. It is always something they would wear themselves.

What you'll receive

One pair of GORAL shoes, stitched, lasted and finished by hand in England. Every pair is resoleable, so when the sole wears out it can come back to the workshop and be rebuilt rather than replaced, and is covered by our lifetime repair guarantee.

Style, material and colourway are chosen by us and cannot be requested, specified or changed after ordering. We are not able to tell you what you will receive before it ships.

Returns and exchanges

UK orders. You can return your Mystery Box for a refund through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn and in their original box. Return postage is not covered.

Orders outside the UK. Mystery Box orders are final. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges.

All orders. Exchanges are not available on the Mystery Box, as the pair cannot be substituted. Faulty or incorrectly fulfilled orders are covered as normal, so contact us and we will sort it.
