I do not live in the USA - where should I send my GORAL shoes for repair?
If you’re based outside the USA, please send your shoes directly to the GORAL Workshop in Sheffield, UK, for our REBUILD+ service. Our U.S. partner, Goods & Services, only handles repairs within the United States.
I’m in the USA - can I still send my shoes to GORAL in the UK for repair?
Yes, you can. However, shipping costs and return fees will apply. For convenience and faster turnaround, we recommend using our official U.S. resole partner, Goods & Services, based in Los Angeles.
Can I have a different sole that isn’t listed?
It may be possible - please email info@shopgoodsandservices.com and they will be able to advise.
Can I have a different GORAL style resoled that isn’t listed on the Goods & Services website?
Yes, if you require a sole that is not listed on the Goods and Services website then you can choose to purchase the Rebuild+ service directly from us here.
