Christmas Delivery

To help you plan your Christmas gifting, please find our delivery guidance and final recommended order dates below.

General information

Any in-stock orders placed between 19th December and 2nd January will be processed from w/c 5th January, due to our annual workshop shutdown. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Please note that made-to-order purchases placed after 7th November are not included in our guaranteed Christmas delivery window. These orders are expected to ship in the New Year unless the item was marked as in-stock at the time of purchase. Pre-orders placed before the cut-off displayed their estimated dispatch month on the product page, if you are unsure of your timeline, you can contact our team at any time.

Each product page features a yellow information button, providing the estimated delivery window for that specific item. If the button appears green, the product is in stock and eligible for quick dispatch. If you have any questions regarding delivery times or order status, our team is here and happy to assist.

In-Stock orders

If the item is in-stock, it will be shipped within a few days, often sooner. These items offer the best chance of arriving before Christmas when ordered before the relevant cut-off date.

Made-to-order

If your purchase is made-to-order, you can check your estimated dispatch date using our Order lookup tool. The expected shipping date will be shown alongside your order details.

Any made-to-order purchases placed before the Christmas cut-off date (7th November) will be shipped before 17th December.
