Introducing GORAL women
When we started GORAL, our focus was firmly on men’s footwear. It’s where our primary experience lay, and where we first carved out a space for our resoleable sneakers. But as the brand grew, something interesting happened as more and more women started finding GORAL. They loved the styles, the leathers, the story and many wanted to wear the exact same shoes. The only issue being that the sizing and fit weren’t right for them. The message came through loud and clear, ceate similar shoes, but with a fit designed specifically for women. So, we listened.
Introducing the first chapter of GORAL woman a real milestone in our journey. Our debut women’s sneaker collection features two of our most recognisable silhouettes, the Mellor II low top and the EYAM high top. Both are made in England, Blake stitched, and fully resoleable. They’re built using the same time-honoured methods we use across the brand, balancing relaxed comfort with refined detail.
At the heart of every great shoe is great leather. That’s why we’ve partnered once again with Charles F. Stead, the legendary tannery based in Leeds, Yorkshire. Stead have been with us since the early days of GORAL, and their leathers are unmistakable in both quality and character. For this collection, we’ve chosen our favourite Beaumont leather. Beaumont is an oiled, full-grain leather with natural depth and movement. Over time, it only gets better, the leather softens, darkens, and tells your story back to you.
Each style sits on our staple TPS Shore A sole, chosen for everyday comfort and durability. Combined with Blake stitch construction, it means your shoes can be resoled rather than replaced, a small detail that makes a big difference to how long they stay in your life.
This women’s range is just the beginning. We can’t wait to see how you style the Mellor II and EYAM through autumn and winter, and beyond.
