Add up to three initials to the heel of your Mellor II's with our personalisation service, simply add the product to your order and we'll get in touch to ask what you'd like to have embroidered on the shoes.

Personalised shoes are non refundable so we only recommend adding this to your pair if you're sure of your sizing.

Please be aware Personalisation can add up to a week on to the lead time of your shoes.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping is provided through UPS Express. In some instances Royal Mail Tracked & Signed delivery may be used.
UK Express Delivery Under £300: 1-2 Working Days - £8
UK Orders Over £300: 1-2 Working Days - Free
US Orders Under £300: 2-11 Working Days - £25
US Orders Over £300: 2-11 Working Days - Free
EU Orders: 2-11 Working Days - £30
Rest of The World Orders: 3-17 Working Days - £30

Duties:
Orders within UK
We cover duties and taxes on all orders shipped to the UK.
Orders within Europe
For all EU orders prices shown are exclusive of UK VAT (20%). Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and these will be added to your basket subtotal. Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for all EU orders and will be added to your order subtotal.
Orders within United States
We ship to the USA on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that we cover all relevant import taxes and duties.
Please note that for certain US states, due to state law GORAL will calculate, collect and remit US sales tax in states where legally required and details of this will be shown at checkout.
ROW:
For all ROW orders, prices shown are exclusive of UK VAT (20%). Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and these will be added to your basket subtotal. Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for all ROW orders and will be added to your order subtotal.
