Top workmanship and care at a level of quality and comfort I haven't come across with any other brand. I've bought three pairs in different colours and love them.

There probably isn't much room for improvement in the service. It has given my new pair of Goral trainers a new life. They feel almost new as they've cleaned them up and made repairs to the lining at the heel too. I suppose the turnaround could be a bit quicker.

I cannot recommend the rebuild enough - after two years, my shoes were looking tired and the sole was falling apart. The rebuild made them look (almost) like new again. The only thing that's betraying their age is small wear on the leather; however, with the high quality of Goral's materials, these shoes are going to last for many more years.
