Description
With the right care and attention your GORAL shoes and trainers will last a lifetime. If you feel that your GORAL footwear could do with a little restoration, we offer our REBUILD+ service where our craftsmen reshape and re-sole your shoes and trainers.

Due to our unique Blake Stitch construction process and the care taken in crafting GORAL shoes, our craftsmen are able to remove the insole and unstitch the outsole from the upper. The REBUILD+ uses an outsole of your choosing, then we replace the leather insole and a fresh pair of cotton laces inserted. The footwear is then shipped back to you directly from our workshop.

Once the REBUILD+ service has been purchased and you have received your order confirmation email, please download our REBUILD+ Confirmation Form to include with the footwear when sending to us. If you are unsure as to whether your trainers are able to be resoled please refer to the list below and reach out to us before dispatching as you will be liable for the return fee.
- Repairs take 20-25 working days
  (excluding workshop holidays)
- Complete outsole replacement
  (or a choice of Black, White or Gum)
- REBUILD+ service is completed by hand to ensure that footwear is not damaged
In some cases, upon inspection, footwear may not be suitable for the REBUILD+ service. In this case we will return the footwear in their received condition and refund the payment. Please be aware we only offer this service for GORAL footwear that has not been repaired or modified in any way by a third party. We cannot perform a re-sole on The following products, The Huntsman, The Roebuck, any products from our RESERVE collection, Any Cheaney x GORAL trainers other than the Chromexcel Mellor II and the Peregrine by GORAL Mellor.

Upon receiving your confirmation email please arrange delivery of the footwear to The Goral Workshop (we advise choosing a tracked and insured delivery option). They will be shipped back to you after the repair via UPS.

Worldwide shipping is provided through FedEx. In some instances UPS Express and Royal Mail delivery may be used.

UK Delivery Under £300: 1-2 Working Days - £8

UK Orders Over £300: 1-2 Working Days - Free

US Orders Under $400: 2-11 Working Days - £25

US Orders Over $400: 2-11 Working Days - Free

EU Orders: 2-11 Working Days - £30

Rest of The World Orders: 3-17 Working Days - £30

We cover duties and taxes on all orders shipped to the UK.

Orders within the USA

For all USA orders prices shown are exclusive of UK VAT (20%). We cover all tarrifs, duties and taxes on orders shipped to the USA. The price you see is the only price you'll pay.

Orders EU and ROW

For all EU and ROW orders prices shown are exclusive of UK VAT (20%). All orders are shipped from our factory in Sheffield, UK. For any orders where import duty is applicable, GORAL will pay for any duty charges. The international shipping prices advertised are for an all inclusive door to door freight service. We regret we cannot ship to a PO box address due to our mandatory requirement for a 'proof of delivery' signature.

Happy Husband

My husband could not be happier with the rebuild. His old shoes look like new and the added touches such as the shoe trees were a pleasant surprise. He hopes to get another good few years out of these excellent trainers.

Brilliant service, the family thought I bought a brand new paid of shoes!

Fantastic value for money

I cannot recommend the rebuild enough - after two years, my shoes were looking tired and the sole was falling apart. The rebuild made them look (almost) like new again. The only thing that's betraying their age is small wear on the leather; however, with the high quality of Goral's materials, these shoes are going to last for many more years.

Better than expected

There probably isn’t much room for improvement in the service. It has given my new pair of Goral trainers a new life. They feel almost new as they’ve cleaned them up and made repairs to the lining at the heel too. I suppose the turnaround could be a bit quicker.
