Every GORAL style in our collection is eligible for the REBUILD+ guarantee, our skilled workshop can bring them all back to life.
What’s included in the REBUILD+ service?
Our REBUILD+ service goes beyond a simple fix. Each repair is thorough, completed by hand, and includes:
- New outsoles
- Deep clean of the uppers
- Repair of loose stitching
- Replacement of laces, insoles, eyelets, and hooks as needed
- Sanitising and refreshing
It’s a service to make your GORALs feel as close to new as possible, while keeping the character and patina you’ve built over time.
How long will it take?
Once your shoes arrive at our workshop, the REBUILD+ service can take up to 6 weeks. Each pair is carefully assessed and restored to the highest standard, our team takes the time to diagnose, repair, and refine each detail by hand.
How the REBUILD+ service works:
1. Add REBUILD+ to your basket and check out
2. Box or wrap your shoes securely and send them to our workshop
3. You’ll receive a confirmation email when we receive your shoes and a dispatch email when they’re on their way back to you
