The Story Behind The Limited Archive Release

In the world of shoemaking, surplus leather is inevitable. But at GORAL, we believe nothing of quality should go to waste, especially not the premium leathers we work so hard to source, that’s why we’re introducing the Repurpose Archive Sale.

This limited-time release is all about giving our surplus and archive materials a second life. Each pair will be crafted to order, using the same uncompromising quality, traditional methods, and attention to detail we put into every GORAL product.

You have the opportunity to choose from a selection of leathers we've archived, available in a variety of tones and textures, each with its own story and unique character, and to make them yours you can select your preferred sole colour: gum, white, or black.

This isn’t about cutting corners. It’s about extending the life of beautiful materials, making something new without creating more waste, and giving you access to something truly limited and unique.

Quantities will be extremely limited, and because each pair is made to order, once they’re gone, they’re gone. Featured leathers include:

  • Maryam Natural Veg Tan - develops a rich, personal patina over time
  • TPR Verde - a deep green leather with character and depth
  • Charles F Stead Spitfire - a rugged, oiled suede with natural texture
  • Charles F Stead Repello - known for its soft nap and saturated colour

Each pair is one-of-a-kind, made with premium hides. Shop now.
